ABOUT Me
Registered Clinical Counsellor
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#17576) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and an approved provider for the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). I offer counselling in both English and Punjabi.
I view all clients as resilient individuals who have the ability to recover and thrive from difficult life experiences. As a counsellor, my role is to help clients access their resilience and support them in achieving their unique goals.

I provide counselling to children, adolescents and adults. My specialties include, anxiety, depression, relationships and trauma. I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy when working with children. Outside of my private practice, I work with women who have experienced violence and families that have been referred by MCFD.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to express yourself freely. I encourage you to take advantage of the free phone consultation, so you can assess whether I am a good fit for you. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey to enhanced wellness.
